I am in receipt of your letter dated _________ that states that__ NAME)___will begin a one week trial on the regular education bus effective ___DATE___. This is unacceptable. As you know, failing to implement an agreed-to IEP is a violation of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
If you choose to deny ________ the transportation outlined in her IEP, we will file a complaint with the state and federal departments of education.
Please ensure that transportation continues to be provided to ________ without interruption and in accordance with the terms set out in her IEP.
