Financial Help for Summer Camp : Template Letter

To Whom it May Concern,
We are hoping to send my son, ___________ to the 1:1 Camp I at ____________ from 7/10/06-7/13/06. Enclosed is a copy of the Camp Brochure, and a copy of my son’s Medical Subsidy agreement. This special needs camp was created especially for children with ADHD, Emotional Impairments, Oppositional Defiance Disorder, Learning Disorders, RAD, and a series of other Emotional or Behavioral impairments. For this reason, we feel that __________ should be able to have a positive summer camp experience at ________. Unfortunately, the cost of this special needs camp is $850 for four days. It is my understanding that the State of Michigan may provide up to $500 towards the cost of a Special Needs Camp. Please review the attached information and let me know if my son qualifies for a summer camp scholarship of any kind.
